WHAT'S SPECIAL
Under the premise of "support instead of supervision", trainees are supported in taking their first steps outside the parental home independently and on their own responsibility. The Azubiwerk's educational team offers a wide range of activities and counselling services on site. The trainees play an active role in shaping their living environment by, among other things, regularly electing their dormitory council, which has its own budget.

The Azubiwerk offers more than just affordable accommodation for trainees: Under the premise of "accompanying instead of supervising", our educational team supports the trainees on their way to an independent life. This gives them more time to concentrate on their training. The educational programmes in the house also offer the opportunity to quickly make new contacts and friendships.
Our pedagogical team will also be working at the Azubiwerk Altona, the exact times are still being planned and will be communicated on this website.
